• To proactivley analyse, diagnosing and prepare technical reports for all rotating equipment to assure and sustain equipment performance and reliability to meet production and maintenance goals.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering discipline or equivalent.• Minimum of 7 years' experience in the mechanical engineering discipline, condition monitoring and rotating equipment maintenance.
• Provide proactive technical support to site condition monitoring team.• Analyse, diagnose and Review data collected by the condition monitoring specialists and provide high quality diagnostic advice to asset teams on integrity deterioration and possible root causes of deterioration.• Evaluate and ensure the mechanical integrity of rotating equipment.• Ensure data quality in SAP for both PM and CM condition monitoring activities and drive improvements in data quality.• Evaluate rotating equipment energy efficiency and GHG emissions.• Utilize Condition Monitoring tools (PI Dashboards, DPM…etc) to proactively monitor health condition of critical machines.• Provide specialist technical support and operational expertise input into new projects to assure operability and maintainability of rotating equipment.• Attend critical site activities when required.• Provide specialist expertise for trouble shooting, diagnostics analysis and remedial actions for failures and breakdowns of rotating equipment.• Provide technical input to TR activities.• Provide input for compiling major rotating equipment overhaul programme.• Develop a motivated competent Condition Monitoring team membersMaintain and improve.• Facilitate causal learning investigations and carry out reliability analysis.
