Job Description

1. Conduct well and reservoir performance reviews, and deliver optimizations recommendations and reservoir management strategy. 2. Gather and analyze multi-discipline data items and suggest quality checks and quality controls. 3. Support and follow up the execution of field-wide production well-test schedule and bottom-hole pressure surveys. 4. Support data management activities in creating departmental database and maintaining regular updates. 5. Ensures that wells and field knowledge is captured in appropriate and easy-to-access places for immediate internal uses. 6. Provide petroleum engineering support required for daily drilling and production operations. 7. Contribute in regular surveillance review sessions with multi-discipline teams. 8. Coordinate with site personnel for implementing different data gathering plans. 9. Make regular site communication and visits to ensure harmonization of surveillance culture within the organization. 10. Coordinate with vendors to submit relevant proposals for fluid samples, down-hole gauges, multi-phase meters, tracer testing, and DTS fiber optic sensing. 11. Coordinate with Production Technologists on all relevant surveillance matters, which include PLTs, well stimulation, water shut-off and artificial lift requirements. 12. Coordinate with production operations and surface facility personnel for all logistical aspects of surveillance plans. 13. Stays abreast of emerging techniques and technologies in the oil and gas exploration in order to facilitate the best possible results to the Company. 14. Contribute to reservoir engineering input to well-pick sessions and well proposals. 15. Contribute relevant part of E&D input to the annual corporate Business Plan activities and updates. 16. Follows all safety, fire health and environmental policies of the Company at all times. 17. Coach a less experience staff as instructed by the E&D Manager. 18. Skills Required

Minimum Academic Qualifications: University degree in petroleum engineering. Minimum Work experience: At least 4-6 years in Well and Reservoir Engineering including Water Flooding management.
