1. Ensure that company QHSSE Policies and Procedures are followed
2. Maintain a high level of safety awareness and standards in all daily duties and tasks and guide the contractors on safe working practices.
3. Proactively manage all QHSSE aspects of Production activity execution and compliance with directorate QHSSE plan.
4. Understand the hazards associated with the task involved and implement controls in consultation with supervisors.
5. Conformance of PTW System adherence
6. Operate the equipment in accordance with operational procedures and approved safety procedures to ensure effective process flows and optimum operational status of equipment
7. Actively participate in safety briefings & tool box talk.
8. Authorize hot/cold and entry work permits for all routine/planned maintenance work to be carries out in accordance with Daleel working procedures and safety regulations.
9. To participate in facilities HSE inspections as per Daleel annual HSE plan.
10. Ensure that production targets are met in terms of quality and quantity.
11. Ensure that all wells and facilities streams, test and deferment are updated in the Hydrocarbon management through AVM system.
12. Monitor and control the operation of production/separation, water injection and gas production to meet the daily production targets.
13. Respond to alarms and signals to spot any malfunction in operating facilities via Process Management such as DCS and SCADA applications.
14. Daily follow up with maintenance personnel and operation planner to ensure progress of maintenance activities in production facilities and wells ensuring that all defects are captured and raised in CMMS system.
15. Trouble-shoot operation problems and reports major problems and emergencies to production supervisor with proposed solutions.
16. Ensure that all issues, equipment logs and important documents are well maintained in the stations and up to date.
17. Monitor/control hydrocarbon flows and plant conditions, reports malfunctions and makes recommendations on/carries out necessary adjustments.
18. Prepare plant/equipment for maintenance work, undertake re-commissioning/re-start activities
19. Assist in the commissioning and start-up of plant and equipment.
20. Safely recover plant from shut down situations to minimize production losses
21. Ensure all production reporting requirements are verified and quality checked.
22. Undertake dedicated emergency response duties 23. Lead and execute plan and un-planned shutdowns as per Daleel guidelines and procedures.
