Oxy Student Internship Program
Just eight weeks of participation in Oxy’s summer internship program could change the trajectory of your future career — and help you build professional momentum from the start. As a global leader in oil and natural gas exploration and production, our summer interns will be part of a supportive multinational team of professionals in one of the most exciting and important industries in the world.
This intensive experience will give participants an opportunity to apply the principles they have learned in school on practical projects.
Bachelor’s Degree Majors:
Business (Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain & logistic Management, Operations Management, Graphic Design).
Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Chemical, Process, Civil).
Computer Science
Artificial Intelligence
Geosciences (Geology, Earth Sciences, Geophysics).
College Diploma Majors:
Business (Business Administration).
Engineering (Oil and Gas, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunications, Process).
Health, Safety & Environmental Management
Qualified Applicants Must:
Be a student in their final year, or have a graduation date no later than Dec 2026.
Eligible candidates must not have previously completed an internship at Oxy.
Hold a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
Be an Omani national.
Program Duration: Two months
