The HR Data & Analytics Specialist will provide technical support to the team, serving as a subject matter experts in data, data systems and data science, leveraging these tools to build models and conduct complex data analysis.
The HR Data & Analytics Specialist responsibilities include but not limited to:
Run various type of analysis, such as Descriptive Analysis, Diagnostic Analysis
Develop real-time dashboard and integrate data from multiple sources to provide insights and support data driven decision-making in HR strategies.
Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance of HR data, maintaining high data quality and adherence to privacy regulations.
Create data visualizations and apply storytelling techniques to effectively communicate insights to decision-makers, with the focus on people-related issues.
Run audit reports and verifying the data.
Expertise in security matrix development and enhancing access control tools and procedures.
Identify, anticipate and understand business requirements.
Design and Deliver business presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
Apply different project management tools and techniques.
Apply analytical and critical thinking techniques in various situation.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years in Data and Analytics, including at least 2 years of experience in HR Data and Analytics.
Proficiency in one of the data analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Sisense, Spotfire, Qlik) or similar tools
Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal integrity.
Responsible and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Considerable knowledge of computer operation and computer system analysis.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
