Job Description

Major: Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities, job Activities:
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to the company’s environmental impact, including greenhouse gas emissions, waste generation, water usage, and energy consumption.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on environmental performance for both internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulators.
  • Support the preparation of ESG reports in line with international sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
  • Help ensure compliance with environmental regulations and alignment with ESG standards and sustainability frameworks.
  • Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating responses to environmental audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Support the implementation of sustainability projects such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and biodiversity initiatives.
  • Conduct research on best practices for sustainability within the oil and gas sector and contribute to ongoing improvements in environmental performance.
  • Assist in developing strategies for reducing the company's environmental impact in line with ESG goals.
  • Help identify potential environmental risks associated with the company’s operations.
  • Support environmental risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to reduce operational risks.
  • Participate in environmental impact assessments (EIA) for new projects.
  • Assist in communicating environmental performance and ESG progress to various stakeholders, including employees, communities, and investors.
  • Help prepare materials for ESG-related meetings, presentations, and outreach initiatives.

Skills Required

  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret environmental data.
  • Knowledge of ESG principles and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
