responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design down hole and surface PCP/ESP equipment to
maximise well potential, review and approve the ones proposed by vendors.
Daily monitoring of wells and working with well
analysts and well optimization specialist to recommend optimizations as needed
in order to optimize production and improve runlife.
Support field staff and production engineers in
important trouble shootings of problematic wells.
Monitor Artificial Lift well actual performance
against Artificial Lift well potential (Performance matching).
Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure enough
stock levels to execute new installations and replacement jobs without delay.
Coordinate down hole remediation work with well
services and contractors.
Assist in managing the PCP/ESP related contracts and

Ensure contractor allocate enough and adequate resources
to support field operations.
Provide training on PCP/ESP systems design,
optimization and troubleshooting to field personnel upon request.
Assist and represent the company in failure analysis
procedure, identifying causes and recommending remedial actions.
Identify potentially applicable new technologies, plan
and execute trials and evaluation.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working directly with artificial lift systems (ESP and/or PCP) selection and design, troubleshooting and failure analysis.
Knowledgeable in PCP and/or ESP applications and design.
Knowledgeable in LOWIS or equivalent surveillance application tool is desired.
Good working knowledge of personal computer applications and software for engineering purposes.
