Job Description

&bull'Interface between IT, maintenance, procurement and supply chain &bull'Maintain and update Oracle with respect to new vendors, new equipment &bull'Review queries and Quality Assurance/Quality Control of data cleansed by a 3rd party &bull'Provide remote training to remote warehouse staff to use SparesFinder software &bull'Rationalize (extract, cleanse, categorize &' optimize) the materials Master data &bull'Generate new Materials Master descriptions &bull'Review existing SPIRs (Spare Parts and Interchangeability Records) and data extraction, populate flat files &bull'Verify Tags against Master Tag Register &bull'Liaise with team lead and Sr. Manager regarding any anomalies. &bull'Provide advice regarding applicability of the Repair &' Spares strategy &bull'Responsible for creating BoMs (Bill of Materials) &bull'Assign Repair &' Spares codes to the matrix &bull'Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work &bull'Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. &bull'Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs. &bull'Stand-by / on-call duties when required' and &bull'Any other related tasks that you are asked to do.

Skills Required

&bull'Minimum Bachelor&rsquo's degree in Engineering, Business or any relevant qualification &bull'Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas, processing or Manufacturing industry with experience on: 1.Maintenance, Repair and Operations 2.Experience of working in an Oracle environment 3.Materials cataloguing 4.Maintenance planning /scheduling 5.Data analysis &' reporting 6.Developing BOM's linked to equipment and maintenance &bull'The following skills are preferable: 1.Previous consulting experience 2.SAP, Maximo or similar CMMS &' ERP systems 3.Tertiary qualifications in engineering, IT, supply chain or similar 4.Practical experience in servicing &' repairing equipment 5.Experience in material process development and optimization' in undertaking audits and benchmarking for performance improvement of supply chain &bull'Highly developed data analysis skills in MS Excel and MS Access to evaluate &' prepare materials data. &bull'Advanced written and verbal communication. &bull'Sound PC skills especially MS Office' Word, Visio, PowerPoint &' Outlook. &bull'Ability to deliver technical reports on time and to budget, and at the appropriate technical level. &bull'An attention to detail and ability to QC material deliverables. &bull'Ability to prioritize activities and work with project manager to ensure deliverable deadlines are met. &bull'Advanced time management and organization skills.
