Job Description

&bull'Develop and implement compliance plan for the Central Operations team in line with local and international legislations and industry best practice. &bull'Audit systems and processes to establish benchmark, gaps and improvement plan &bull'Interface with internal/ external stakeholders associated with assigned audit areas as relevant, &bull'Responsible for assessing policy, procedural, and process documentation related to specific project scope &bull'Responsible for regulatory filings and keeping records and other paperwork that may be required by regulatory bodies. &bull'Participate in multiple and simultaneous risk-based audits, while maintaining departmental quality standards. &bull'Assist in preparing audit reports that accurately summarize the most significant control weaknesses and resulting impacts to the organization. &bull'Assist management and audit team members through all phases of audit engagement execution, as requested including closure. &bull'Coordinate with Internal Audit Department to monitor and close out action items &bull'Identify specific requirements in the contract, which require to be addressed separately and need to be controlled through specific procedures. Prepare accordingly documents relevant to data control, inspection reporting procedure, technical queries and procedures for concessionary reports. &bull'Review the Operations Management Systems and Ops Safety Management Systems, and advice for the review cycle. Liaise with different disciplines for review and implementation. &bull'Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work &bull'Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. &bull'Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs. &bull'Stand-by / on-call duties when required' and &bull'Any other related tasks that you are asked to do.

Skills Required

&bull'Minimum BSc in Process, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering. &bull'Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Audit role in Oil and Gas industry. &bull'Understanding of Oil and Gas Operations and Maintenance, having worked in a Quality Control or Risk Management. &bull'Advanced written and verbal communication. &bull'Sound PC skills especially MS Office' Word, Visio, PowerPoint &' Outlook &bull'Ability to deliver technical reports on time and to budget, and at the appropriate technical level.
