Shabanuna is a comprehensive structured development program designed for Omani graduates, offering job opportunities to join PDO on a 4-year contract. The program aims to provide hands-on experience and essential skill development by working alongside industry professionals at Oman's leading exploration and production company.

Education & Experience

Qualification and Requirement:

Nationality: Omani national only.

Experience: Less than 3 years of overall experience at the advertisement closing date.

CGPA: A minimum CGPA of 2.50 (No rounding up) or above.

Education: Must complete all the requirement of a bachelor's degree in one of the following majors:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Petroleum Engineering
• Chemical and Process Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Electrical and Power Engineering

Mandatory attachments:

1. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2. Final stamped and completed academic transcript.
3. Attested Certificate or letter attachments:
4. For Local private universities/colleges qualifications must be attested or stamped by Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI).
5. For overseas qualifications require an equivalency letter from (MoHERI).
6. Degree certificate or Completion letter for those who haven’t graduated yet (Efada).
7. Valid Omani National ID (both sides).
8. Valid passport copy.
9. Photo with blue background with official attire.
10. Updated and detailed Manpower CV (Latest July 2024).

IMPORTANT NOTE TO GRADUATES:

1. PDO reserves the right to respond or contact only those who meet the criteria and confirmed to attend an interview. If you do not receive a response within one month from Advertisement closing date, consider your application has been unsuccessful”.
