الوصف الوظيفي

• Receives Materials ordered by Daleel and checks to ensure quantities, quality and description of goods matches the Purchase Order / Shipping Documents issued by the Company. In the event of a discrepancy report to warehouse supervisor / logistics team and seek for resolution.
• Takes delivery of goods and arranges warehousing or transportation to work site when required.
• Undertakes periodic stock checks/stock taking and cycle counts against inventory listings and identifies anomalies, resolves issues and reports unresolved issues to senior management and operates and maintains Daleel stock recording system. Generates stock reports showing inventory and stock movements on a monthly & weekly basis and as instructed by warehouse supervisor / Logistical team.
• Endorse location and change of location to all the material received in warehouse and carry out perpetual survey of inventory to check for preservation in the warehouse.
• Ensure that the rejected materials are stored in separate area and returned to suppliers for replacement after proper documentation.
• Works with auditors to provide access to stock records and manual stock checks as required.
• Coordinates for sending materials and parts for repair and maintenance, allocate bins to stock items in the system and identify improvements in housekeeping of warehouse.
• Daily report to warehouse supervisor of Material consumption, Material receiving and issuing and performing daily cycle count.
• Other related work assigned by Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics team.
• Weekly checks for Warehouse inspection list and report.
• Ensures compliance with company and Government health and safety procedures and regulations that relate to the work performed to minimize potential for accidents, injuries or hazards in the Warehouse.
• Performs other job related duties of comparable importance, difficulty and responsibility as necessary.

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• General Education Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Work experience:
• At least 3 years in store keeping or warehousing or materials acquisition preferably in oil and gas industry.
