Key Accountabilities:

• Provide planning, supervision support in the filed to ensuring compliance of all inspection activities in accordance with the Asset Integrity Management System.
• Developing and maintaining an RBI & NDT program for operating stationary systems and equipment in Shams Field
• Implementation of fitness for service requirements, develop maintenance deferrals and escalate the technical issues and variances in the design to the management and plan the corrective work.
• Ensuring contractor’s performance and activities related to inspection and NDT activities are in compliance with Company contract requirements, applicable codes, standards, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinating with project engineers in ensuring that the asset integrity measures have been put in place during the design / construction phase of new systems and equipment.
• Reporting all integrity issues and threats affecting the operability of systems and equipment and what measures should be taken to eliminate / mitigate the impact of these threats.
• Carrying out root cause analysis and failure investigation on systems and equipment related to mechanical integrity and recommend the corrective actions to eliminate recurrence.
• Reviewing vendor submissions and carrying technical evaluation during the tendering process of new contracts related mechanical integrity inspection and RBI program.
• Setting up / updating of key performance indicators (KPI) for the inspection activities part of the asset integrity management system.
• Involvement, whenever required, in studies related to operability of systems and equipment such as HAZOP and design reviews and highlight the issues related to asset integrity
• Establish routine sampling and lab analysis for all active production wells to determine the potential corrosive elements and recommend the chemical dosing adjustment accordingly.

·         Minimum Bachelor degree (Preferably in material Science, chemical or mechanical).

·         Minimum of 10 years E&P experience and at least 5 years’ experience in similar rule.

·         Very Good English written and verbal communication skills.

·         Solid knowledge of ASNT level II in NDE (UT, PT, MP, & RT)

·         Solid knowledge of API 510, 570, & 653 

·         Experience in maintenance system  SAP.
