الوصف الوظيفي

• Development of all Ops /project HSE document deliverables including but not limited to; Directorates HSE Plan; any bridging documents; Self Verifications and Checklists , Project Charter; and Subcontractor HSE Management Plan and Ops /Project related HSE Procedures
• Monitors for regulatory compliance – site assessments
• Review of bid tender specifications, HSE Scope and submission of bid HSE deliverables to the SCM
• Leads or facilitates incident investigations and guides the team on the correct use of the Procedure
• Develops KPI reports
• Facilitates HAZID, MAH workshops and provides recommendations on measure to control hazards and mitigate risk
• Prepares documentation, information and communications as required. Examples include but are not limited to: Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, Monthly HSE reports and presentations; and Directorates HSE review reports
• Monitors and reports on the closeout of actions which are the results of audits, site visits, incident investigations, HAZOPs and/or PREMO observations
• Develop, maintain and support Company’s Corporate HSE Management System, including the reporting of Ops /Project KPI’s and HSE Data to Corporate HSE
• Act as Company technical authority role on all Project and Operational Technical safety studies
• Conduct Competence gap analyses of Ops /Project Leadership team and plan and implement action programs.
• Trains, monitors and coaches employees in order to improve skill level to ensure adherence to principles, policies and standards of HSE processes in a reliable and cost-effective manner

المهارات المطلوبة

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering followed by 8 -10 years’ work experience in an Engineering discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in Technical Safety Engineering and Risk Management in the oil or petro-chemical industries, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial/ supervisory capacity.
• Membership of a recognized international engineering association and safety engineering forum/organization would be an advantage.
• Superior communication skills.
• Influencing and interpersonal skills.
