الوصف الوظيفي

- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. - Provide up to date cost reporting in accordance with the approved WBS on project budgets, commitments, accruals and actuals. - Ensure that cost control procedures are followed by all relevant project personnel. - Ensure that the field development/modification activities are in accordance with allotted budget. - Responsible for performing project cost analysis and forecast actual costs and future commitments. - Responsible for processing invoices in a timely manner and prepare monthly accruals. - Anticipate &' Report Cost Overruns, Budget Impacts. - Provide Inputs to Annual Business Plan. - Update computerised cost control and reporting system on a consistent basis and ensuring that all information received is accurate and correctly input. - Raise Facilities Projects Purchase Requisitions, Projects Purchase Orders and Work Releases via Oracle System. - Generate Goods Receipts Note (GNR) for Facilities Project contracts and purchase orders via Oracle System. - Develop financial models to ensure cost-effectives, quality and productivity. - Generate financial reports and expense reports for management. - To perform the appropriate duties and obligations assigned by the line manager and participation in all briefing and debriefing sessions, seminars and meetings when required. - When required, performs planning, directing and organizing functions to assist the Facilities team members. - Performs various documentation and therefore needs to be well knowledgeable with various documentation techniques and programs. - Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work - Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. - Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs.

المهارات المطلوبة

- Degree in Engineering or Accounting - Minimum +10 years of Experience - Minimum BSc Degree in Engineering, Business or similar. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost analysis and control. - Knowledge of ORACLE, Project Costing &' Invoice processing is desirable. - Must have knowledge of office administrative processes. - Knowledge of MS Office applications essential
