Execute the work of the Civil M&I activities to achieve compliant ‘Asset Owner Readiness’ in all capital projects which establish new, or modify existing, production facilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline with 7 years EP experience in oil and gas maintenance and integrity in different roles with sufficient breadth and depth knowledge to provide detailed specification of maintenance requirements in a project. • Experience with managing networks and communications within own discipline area and across interfaces with other project team disciplines and work streams.• Knowledge of building, maintaining and execution of SAP maintenance management systems• Maintenance experience gained in different roles with sufficient breadth of knowledge to provide detailed specification of maintenance requirements in a project. Exposure to interior operations and sour Gas would be an advantage.
• Specify Civil discipline Maintenance/inspection requirements in assigned projects• Deliver the Civil M&I scope for assigned projects including PD, Asset and UIPT teams covering all phases of the Opportunity Realization Standard (ORS) Process (Identify, Assess, Select, Define, Execute and Operate) • Provide M&I input to studies / activities executed by Project Delivery, FEED Office, asset projects including update/develop of M&I Philosophy / Strategy / Implementation Plan, Safety Critical Elements, Performance Standards and Technical Integrity Verification Plan.• Provide Civil discipline expertise to ensure maintainability is built into the project design.• Review discipline project controls / deliverables • Responsible of the verification of the technical content of the Engineering Data warehouse & CMMS as per PDO requirements• Responsible to ensure asset registration of civil structure, foundations, steel structure is completed correctly and verified in SAP.• Support projects in the assurance reviews (HAZOP, HAZID, SCE etc).
