? Ensure all program components contribute to achieving measurable outcomes and value.
? A strong business mindset, adept at analyzing complex and ambiguous scenarios while considering long-term outcomes, data accuracy, strategic alignment, and overall value. Utilizes effective models and strategies tailored to meet organizational goals.
Governance and Compliance:
? Define and adhere to governance frameworks and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
? Report program status, including progress, variances, and corrective actions, to senior management and governance committees.
? Monitor performance against objectives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Solution Validation and Technical Oversight:
? Validate solutions against business objectives, offering technical analysis and feedback.
? Collaborate with teams to design, configure, and integrate solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.
? Use business analysis techniques to gather and validate requirements.
? Foster a culture of innovation by driving creative solutions and encouraging cross-functional teams to leverage technology for business advancements.
? Ensure alignment between portfolio and enterprise strategies, transformation initiatives, and technology directions via deep understanding of business challenges and internal and external dynamics when developing strategies
Stakeholder Management:

? Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating shareholder workshops, design sessions, and meetings to manage expectations and maintain engagement.
Program Lifecycle Management:
? Lead the entire program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
? Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
? Drive program strategy to align with business objectives and ensure successful delivery.
Change Management and Training:
? Develop and implement strategies for change management to ensure smooth solution adoption.
? Oversee the creation of training programs and documentation to support end-users.
Contract and Resource Management:
? Manage contracts in accordance with procurement guidelines and ensure compliance with terms.
? Allocate resources effectively, assigning roles and responsibilities to optimize project delivery.
? Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, consultants, and third-party vendors, providing support and guidance.
? Develop and implement performance metrics and accountability systems to ensure high performance across the program. Provide support to peers and effectively manage performance challenges to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives.
Budget Management and Reporting:
? Monitor program budgets and report performance, highlighting variances and corrective actions.
? Provide financial updates to senior management and governance bodies.
