الوصف الوظيفي
• Focal point for risk assessment, HAZOP, HAZID and QRA performance as per CCED HSE procedure and guideline
• Provide Process Safety Guidance and Support which will ensure that hazards is managed to tolerability and ALARP criteria
• Actively antiparticipation/lead Loss Prevention & Process Hazard Reviews for projects and operating facilities
• Ensure adequate existing safeguards and recommend additional safeguards as required to meet Loss Prevention & Process Safety Criteria
• Perform studies on qualitative and quantified risks as well as regulatory requirements
•Facilitate HEMP/Bow-ties/LOPA sessions when required, as per CCED HSE guidelines, local and international HSE-related codes and standards
• Oversee firefighting equipment design and specifications
• Oversee F&G system design philosophies and plant requirements
• Oversee F&G mapping studies, HAC drawings and Escape route drawings prepared by contractors, Hydraulic calculations for network and equipment specifications
• supervise gas and H2S dispersion studies, review reports, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and CCED requirement
• Oversee flare radiation studies, review reports and ensure conformance to the latest codes and CCED requirements
• Review PHAST models prepared by contractors to confirm accuracy and conformance
• Provide guidance and develop strategies to address specific process safety concerns and evaluate the effectiveness of key controls and processes.
• Ensure process safety aspects of FCPs are well evaluated
• Actively participate as the safety focal point in 3D model reviews, constructability reviews, and other EPC workshops.
• Review vendor documents related to firefighting and safety systems.
• Coach and develop process safety staff to ensure the minimum competency levels are met or exceeded.
المهارات المطلوبة
• Min Qualification: Chemical Engineering (Bachelor or Master)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Process safety engineering
• Working experience with hazard identification, risk analyses and assessment methodologies.
• Working knowledge of industry codes, standards and practices relevant to process design and safety (e.g. ASME, API, NFPA, ANSI, etc.).
• Working experience in utilization of consequence modeling tools ( e.g. PHAST
