To develop, maintain and manage IT Program Management Office using established policies, processes, methodologies and tools in order to promote and embed best practices in portfolio, program and project management.

An energetic professional with at least 10 years of experience with proven PMO, program and\or project delivery capability Graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent (MBA is an asset) A minimum of 8 years experience as an IT Project Manager, managing major impact projects A minimum of 5 years experience in one or more core IT disciplines, such as: Information systems, information planning, business analysis, application development & maintenance, Portfolio management in a corporate environment Must be familiar with Project & Program Management Office activities Experience in portfolio consultancy and planning Experience in organizational change management and total quality management PMI certification (PMP is a must, PgMP is a definite plus) Previous EP Oil & Gas Industry Experience Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills Goal oriented with a high degree of achievement drive and initiative and ability to get things done
