Set service master and records management rules for C&P and ensure service masters are created and maintained as per rules including adherence to applicable VAT laws and records are maintained and managed as per corporate requirements Act as a SAP sustainer for C&P related system to do the following: Identify new users or access changes and submit SAP access requests accordingly through GRC system for all C&P related systems Training delivery (informal) to end users if needed (one-to-one sessions and group sessions) Training Nominations for classrooms training provided by IDA team Act as a communication focal point between end-users and IDA team To obtain the required approval from Process Owner/s New location/3rd party Contractor for various contracts where PDO allows Contractors procurement. Adding some new display transaction Participate in testing activities (UAT, Dry Run), documentation review, and communication activities of projects whenever required Generate reports as required to support process owners

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Data management or Supply Chain with 3 years experience in CP or service master / master data analyst role Advanced skills in all MS-products Hands on understanding of C&P processes Basic experience in SAP Records Management experience
