Job Description

The Maintenance Planner (Fresh Gradate) will be responsible to allocate the crews on day to day activities and for linking each activity with a job plan detailing the required material & tools, the potential job hazards, the energy control plan and the prescribed job procedure. He will be responsible for the entire maintenance planning process from work request to work performance reporting. He will manage all activity priorities and associated backlog control for the maintenance department.


The Maintenance Planner responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Carry out site visits for the work orders in the planner’s inbox, take necessary measurements, determine the work scope material requirements and parts, discuss with operations, technical services, or requesters as required.
  • Prepare work plan comprising of detailed work scope and steps, material requirements and drawings/sketches.
  • Submit complete work packs for tender process, and carryout site visits with contractors and crews.
  • Supervision of contractor’s work site on a daily basis by monitoring their safety compliance, work progress, work permits and completion.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports to record progress of the work carried out by the contractor or crews assigned.
  • Provide complete work plan for in house jobs as required.
  • Review material requirements for availability in warehouse inventory before raising any new purchase requisitions.
  • Follow up active jobs with Refurbishment team engineering for their input. Facilitate review meetings of jobs in progress.

  • College Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • GPA of 2.5 or above, priority will be given to highest GPA in the selection process.

  • Must be a fresh graduate, job seeker or working in a non-permanent position.

  • Must not hold any permanent positions before.
  • Must be graduated on the date of application.
  • Good in PC skills.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Engineering /Construction  Codes.
  • Ability to work order pressure with multiple task
