الوصف الوظيفي

• Responsible for the day to day integrity of all the wells and well safety systems.
• Assists in the Management of individual well integrity programs. Performs supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at the level established by Senior Management for this position
• Approve Well Integrity proposals, prepare programs and a detailed method of statement for different well types for PM activities.
• Execute activity of Well Integrity PM and CM as perproceduregiven. And verify on exist protective barriers in place before commencing the preventive/corrective operations.
• Review plan with operation planner and integrity team to ensure job execution being carried out as per agreed plan.
• Ensure effective well records are established and maintained(SAFEWELLS) after define the safe operating envelopes for all wells.
• Update Well Integrity documentations such as WIMS(Wellintegrity management system), Testing procedures and other documents.
• Assist subsurface intervention team on well integrityevaluation, problems identification and develop prioritizedre medial plans.
• Review submitted reports and approve recommendation of corrective maintenance required.
• Review overall Daleel Well Integrity status and KPI.
• Close work orders and history update in the CMMS.
• Provides technical support to the site execution units and follow up the remedial well integrity issues.
• Focal Point for issuing MOC, work Step-out and for well integrity decision making committee.
• To apply the new and latest techniques and technologies in order to reduce work over cost and improve well delivery quality.
• To identify and modify all material and equipment need for well integrity work.
• To follow up day to day well integrity cost expenditure,review and approve the monthly Value of work done(VOWD), annual well integrity budgets to control and measure the consumption cost against ACV.
• Approve authorization for expenditure (AFEs) request with estimated costs and time frame. Check and reviews allwellintegrity invoices and get them approved by Well Intervention manager.
• Follows all safety, health and environmental policies ofthe Company at all times.
• Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with allrelevant company HSE standards.
• Undertakes the training of Omani nationals as directed by Management.
• Perform site Units inspections and organize audits to confirm compliance and to make sure all actions get closed.

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• B.Sc in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
Minimum Work experience:
• 10 years and above in practical oil drilling, work over operations and Well Integrity Engineering.
