الوصف الوظيفي

• Maintain a high level of safety awareness and standards in all daily duties and tasks and guide the subordinate staff on safe working practices.
• Ensure all wells are tested as per plan and data is entered in the AVM
• QC the data entered and advice PT if any variations are noticed
• To perform well surveillance and take corrective action omainta in optimum production with minimum deferment.
• Ensure that artificial lift and Injection wells continue to operate at optimum conditions.
• Monitor well production, artificial lift systems and alarms to identify undesirable changes or behavior.
• Identify, collate and priorities problems Analyze data to diagnose cause of problem and identify actions required to restore or improve production.
• Monitor ESP and beam pumping units performance using SCADA and advise if upsizing or downsizing on the ESP is required.
• Open up new, worked over wells according to COP or asper advice from the PT.
• Follow up well integrity monitoring and maintenance plan and ensure that results are captured in the appropriate databases.
• Monitor well production and injection trends to determine the onset and cause of any under performance.
• Maintain configuration of production reporting systems(SCADA) and production database (AVM AVOCET SYSTEM)Implement development plans to meet the competency requirements of own position. • Maintain consistent daily reporting.
• Prepare a weekly artificial lift highlight and distribute to management and supervisor.
• Contribute on regular meetings with vendors.
• Coordinate the well sites survey and checks prior and after Hoist operations.
• Ensure Dyna graph and fluid level data for BP units are saved and are collected regularly. Ensure that the same implemented after Hoist operations.
• Understand the hazards associated with the task involved and implement controls in consultation with supervisors.
• Ensure that company HSE Policies and Procedures are followed.
• Ensure that safety is maintained in work places.
• Participate in all HSE Programs as and when called for.

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• BSC in Oil & Gas Engineering
Minimum Work experience:
• 10+ years of experience in the oil industry with relevant production operations experience in surface and subsurface operation.
