Key Accountabilities:

Prepare
and implement plans for off plot field production operations activities to
ensuring operability of the facilities and outputs quality are achieved in a
safe/ environmental and cost-effective way.
·
Responsible
for weekly / daily work operation, maintenance and well testing programs;
distribution of job to individual with guidance
·
Supervises
all operating work for off-plot areas including well-testing and provides
hands-on guidance to the off-plot operators
·
Issues
daily report on identified failures and malfunctions regarding well-site and pipeline.
·
Responsible
for failure decides and directs necessary activities to bring wells &
pipelines in safe condition and to minimize production loss in case of
equipment
·
Responsible
for Call for execution of planned maintenance (PM’s) and repair of defective
equipment in off-plot areas.
·
Execute
and monitor the Permit to Work System as Permit Co-Ordinator for off-plot areas
·
Observe
that well production rates are within minimum and maximum flow rates and direct
operators with guidance to preform fault finding and troubleshooting to
optimize production.
·
Assist
in developing operation and maintenance procedures for the well site and
pipelines and maintain up-date and review the procedures.
·
Monitor
and maintain off-plot production system levels of consumable materials
·
Ensure
that the off-plot production operations activities requirements are implemented
according to production plan. Work closely with production engineering team to
make sure production targets are met.
·
Ensure
that the off-plot maintenance activities are carried out safely and
efficiently. These include but not limited to instrumentation, wellheads,
Panels, Diesel Generators etc…
·
Ensures
teamwork, and the Company values and culture, are promoted and supported by
being team player in and outside the immediate Operations areas.
·
Ensures
the integrity of the well site and pipeline facilities by monitoring the
wellhead and pipeline processes during the course of the shift and ensuring the
plant is operated within the specified limits.
·
Ensures
the well sites and pipeline facilities are effectively maintained by the
maintenance team by ensuring permit to work procedures and conditions are
followed correctly
·
Ensures
excellent interaction and good working relationships with other areas, support
services and external assistance by actively contributing to an effective
communication process.
·
Contributes
to the achievement of excellent safety and environmental objectives by working
within the guidelines of safe working and housekeeping practices and
procedures. Plays an active role in Emergency Response as trained for and
assigned to.
·
Coordinate
the execution of the production operation activities among all the off-plot units,
(process plant, utilities and off-sites), and ensure that they are carried out
in a safe/environmental and cost-effective way
·
Responsible
for the wells production reports and equipment performance
·
Ensure
public, staff and contractors’ safety by maintaining the functionality of HSE
Management System and asset integrity of the Company facilities.
