الوصف الوظيفي
Will be responsible and accountable for:
Supervision, in field planning and coordination of Well Intervention/ Well Service activity, including workover rig and rigless activity, wireline, slickline and CT in the field.
Executing safe and secure well intervention operations compliant with ARA Policy, Standards, and Procedures. Ensure that all activities are within national or local legislation. Verification of well intervention/ workover activity within design specification and ARA standards
Management of Well Service Contractors and Suppliers in the field to ensure safe and compliant delivery of Well Interventions activity.
Act as Area Authority during rigless Well operations.
Supporting the Well Services Team Lead during the planning of Well Intervention, Workover and abandonment operations, both in the office and rig site, including out of hours where required. Supporting the sourcing, tendering and evaluating of materials and services used in Interventions activities.
Supervision and technical support for the Drilling & Completions team during planning and execution of Completion operations for new wells.
Managing the daily reporting of well intervention activities. Support end of well reporting. Lessons Learned, Material and Cost Tracking.
Manage all field logistical activities that are associated with the above activities.
Liaise with and co-ordinate infield activity with Production Supervisors and Field Team Lead including Field Handover and Acceptance of wells and well sites between Wells and Production department.
Candidate will be field based during Well Intervention/ Well Servicing activities. When the work program is not continuous, Well Service Supervisor will be expected to work in the Muscat Office to support planning activity. Work pattern will reflect the Field Based requirements (i.e. Rotational or Duty/Field break)
المهارات المطلوبة
Academically candidates will preferably hold a BSc. or Engineering Diploma. Where a candidate does not hold an engineering qualification, shall be able to demonstrate sufficient technical or theoretical ability to meet the job accountabilities above.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Completion, Workover and Well services engineering and operations
.
Minimum 2 years as a Supervisor
Have a proven track record, with respect to the planning and supervision of well intervention, workover and completion operations including wireline, e-line, and CTU operations and HSE management.
Should have experience and track record of developing well intervention/ workover procedures & programs.
Will have a working knowledge of reporting and engineering software package.
Shall hold or have recently held valid International Interventions or Drilling Well Control Certificate (i.e. IWCF, WellCap or equivalent). programs, and HSE management.
