الوصف الوظيفي

- Direct responsibility for a range of activities, including: well completion design and selection, artificial lift design and selection, developing well intervention proposals, workover designs and execution supervision, stimulation designs and execution supervision for both matrix acid stimulation and fracturing. - Direct responsibility for monitoring wells failure rates and conducting the required RCFA recommending solutions to reduce such rates - Daily wells monitoring utilizing exiting surveillance software's connected to SCADA to analyze and interpret all other information related to wells to evaluate well and reservoir performance and make recommendations aiming at maximizing reservoir performance. - Provide PT input to the following: well proposals, business planning, field and reservoir surveillance sessions, field development plans and other integrated studies for maturing hydrocarbon resources. - Coach and mentor early career professionals.

المهارات المطلوبة

- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 9 years' experience in Production Technology within Oil &' Gas industry and demonstrate significant experience in all aspects of the role. - Experience in well &' reservoir management, production operations and artificial lift &' completion design. - Experience in working with multi-disciplinary team. - Experience in using PETEX IPM suite of tools is an advantage. - Experience in tight gas reservoirs is a "'plus.
