&bull'Support the implementation of Company's approved contracting strategies at high level of proficiency for post award Contract management. &bull'Monitor and oversight contracts not over run or expire pre-maturely. &bull'Ensure that business ethics in Contract management are maintained to the highest level in accordance with Company's Business Principles. &bull'Interface with contractors to ensure that the Company's affairs are conducted in a professional and business-like manner &bull'Support to coordinate post-award contract administration, including change management, insurance issues, claims mitigation and contract close-out. &bull'Ensure executed contract agreements are entered and maintained in the Oracle Database System for Contractor invoice payment and accounting purposes. &bull'Review and coordinate all approvals required for contract management of change formalisation. &bull'Oversee any contractual deficiencies and seek logical methods of rectification &bull'Verifying invoices against contract terms and conditions and compensation table. &bull'Support in preparation for yearly OPEX budget, cost monitoring and reporting. &bull'Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work &bull'Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. &bull'Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs

المهارات المطلوبة

&bull'Fresh Graduate with Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business or equivalent qualification. &bull'Good computational skills such Microsoft office, Excel. &bull'Strong motivation and focus to work in Oil Gas industry &bull'The successful candidate needs to be Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with a broad cross section of personnel in operations.
