الوصف الوظيفي

• Administer site workstations, printers and internal network within sites as tasked by ISTT
• Provide desktop computer support
• Promptly respond to and seek solutions to all IT related queries, including network administration (LAN, WAN, Internet)
• Offer technical and functional support to users.
• Coordinate with Head Office support team for the installation of software patches and upgrades.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the site users.
• Keep track of IT Inventory in all sites and report it to Head office
• Keep track of Telecom Inventory in all sites and report it to Head office
• Monitoring Daily Backup in all sites as per ISTT guidance.
• Ensure IT systems and network equipment are in a good working condition and schedule maintenance plan
• Actions housekeeping activities as necessary in compliance with ISTT procedures.
• Performs sundry hardware maintenance duties as directed by LAN Administrators or as defined by procedures.
• Support IT/Telecom operation as and when requested.
• Attend to rig operation as and when requested.

المهارات المطلوبة

• Diploma in IT or Computer Science with Minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge in LAN/WAN systems.
• Knowledge in telecommunications systems is desirable.
• Fluent in English/Arabic
