الوصف الوظيفي

• Deliver all ORA deliverables on time and within budget.
• Represent operations during project maturation
• Deliver an integrated project schedule and support in the development of the commissioning schedule.
• Prepare, own and implement the OR&A plans for projects, using the related standards, processes, tools & systems, ensuring their alignment with the Opportunity Realization Process
• Ensure processes are ready -- fit for purpose and aligned with standards and strategies
• Ensure people are ready -- in numbers and trained with sufficient competencies, to operate and maintain
• Ensure systems are ready -- Perform to intended design, built to specified standards, verified through FAT and SAT, and commissioned, started up, and ready to operate.
• To meet SoF, Operating guidelines and Logic charts in place
• Lead in driving lean Brownfield permit to work process.
• Build CMMS for new project, maintenance routines, functional locations, BOM's, Spare Parts, etc.
• Provide Operations discipline review and response to all projects MOC’s and DCN’s. Raise MOC’s on behalf of operation organization.
• Ensure Operations teams provide functionality, operability and reliability of designs through the execute phase and due diligence working with project engineering, alarm rationalization, SCE identification, maintainability reviews, etc.
• Generate and deliver validated OPEX and downtime estimates to enable concept evaluations and accommodate annual business plan.
• Lead Stakeholder engagements with: Asset Teams, Project Teams, Discipline Engineers, Shell Technical Authorities, other Local and Regional OR practitioners, HSE Advisors, Contractors and Service Providers, etc. in order to meet required OR deliverables
• Support implementation of Flawless Project Delivery activities and Lessons Learned into execution of projects, work closely with Quality Team on Projects to deliver.
• Ensure that all required support services and contracts are ready -- aligned with life cycle cost management strategies and supportive of value preservation.
• Lead and Organize Operability and Maintainability reviews for all projects
• Ensure connection and alignment with Global OR Discipline and Work processes
• Ensure that OR business/process improvements are identified, prioritized and realized
• Provide operational input into the continued development of standards (New and Novel technology)
• Responsible for the effective integration of Operability & Maintainability assurance on projects, lead and organize operability and maintainability reviews. Participate as necessary in the execution of PER's (Project Execution Reviews) and Pre Start Up audits on projects.
• Participate and coordinate resources in project workshops
• Ensure Technical Integrity and Process Safety compliance through Technical Integrity Verification, Statement of Fitness and Project to Asset Handover.
• Execute Technical Assurance of Production Operations Assurance role on projects

 

المهارات المطلوبة

• Seasoned Operations Professional with 15+ years of ORA experience with production operations or maintenance experience.
• Skill of the Operations discipline, both breadth and depth, complemented by good knowledge of disciplines related to production operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work assertively within cross discipline teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching OLNG and third party staff in multi-cultural environments.
• Demonstrated skills of operational capability and assurance.
• Ability to accomplish goals which require resources outside span of control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities to build ownership toward the asset and maximize overall results.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, external bodies, and all levels of employees within direct organization
• Work through others to achieve results while mentoring and developing staff competence
• Identify and implement effective courses of action to complete work and ensure achievement of departmental goals
• Change Management skills.
• Exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines
• Manage projects and processes effectively
