الوصف الوظيفي

Manage onsite operations with a high level of leadership in HSE
Implementation of the Drilling and Completion programmes
Compliance with BP standards, policies and legislative requirements
Active management of drilling conatractor and service providers in the field
Commitment to well planning and learning process through input into drilling procedures, forward programmes and active participation in the ‘Lessons Learned process’
Management and control of operational costs
Incident reporting and investigation as appropriate
Coaching and mentoring less experienced WSLs and Engineers

المهارات المطلوبة

Only open for Omani nationals
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Physics / Mathematics)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in O&G industry, including minimum of 3 years’ drilling supervisory experience
IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent
Experience with managing third party contractors and with controlling operational costs would be considered as advantage
Hard rock drilling and rigs start-up experience also considered as great plus
