الوصف الوظيفي

Responsibilities.
 The Senior HSE Advisor is responsible for:
  • Develop and establishing procedures and routines to monitor and verify full compliance with the QAMP HSE Management System (HSE-MS).
  • Monitor QAMP compliance with Omani law and regulations applicable to QAMP operations.
  • Development, maintenance, improvement and implementation of the HSE-MS.
  • Coordinating and executing HSE assurance activities within QAMP including continuously monitoring implementation through audits and inspections.
  • Coordinating and monitoring HSE Performance Reporting.
  • Coordinating and monitoring execution of annual HSE plans
  • Verify effective implementation of Risk Assessments in the company’s activities are maintained and a detailed plan is put in place to reduce the risks through various means.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of the HSE Monitoring Plan
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation of contractor Contract HSE Plans.
  • Facilitate HSE incident investigations; and monitor and verify closed out effectively, including consequence management.
  • Providing specialist advise to QAMP Contract Holders.
  • Provide coaching and advise to QAMP HSE Advisors, Technicians and Assistants.

المهارات المطلوبة

Qualifications and experience. 
  Academically he/she should have a BSc. or equivalent degree in the sciences or engineering disciplines. Candidate should have a minimum 8 years work experience in the oil field operations including implementing change and incident investigations. The candidate should be familiar with implementation of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Candidate shall have a clear understanding of the laws and regulations of Oman regarding occupational health, safety and environment. The candidate should be able to manage 4-8 direct reports.
