الوصف الوظيفي

• QA/QC Analysis of the service companies’ materials, mixing & execution of services.
• Audit of the service providers equipment, laboratory and overall service provision ability.
• Provide Support to BP regulatory/environmental groups on Fracturing water and chemicals
• QAQC all fluids and Proppant prior to any job being performed
• support on FFD requirements
• Audit to ensure service provider meets their own internal operating standards.
• Create and Maintain Action Items list with regular follow-up with service providers) and BP Stimulation management group.
• Training and development of national / regional employees to the QAQC role.
• Design, Preparation and presentation of various QAQC topics every quarter.
• Provide support to new fracturing fluid/ Proppant development for onshore/offshore Frac operations
• Provide support on incorporating fluid properties in Frac models
• "responsible for all QA/AC requirements for completion, reservoirs, and environment.
• For example, providing reports for Dissolved oxygen readings, working on H2S issue in Frac fluids. "
• Provide on-site QAQC for all Fracturing, stimulation and CTU fluids
• Chemicals inventory control which include validity and planning for both CT and stimulations operations
• Perform testing on all blended products that arrive on BP locations for Fracturing Stimulation and CTU
• follow of up equipment certifications and fitness
• Calibrate all dry adds required for all Fracturing stimulation and CTU jobs

المهارات المطلوبة

• Educated to Bachelor of Science in an engineering or scientific discipline or higher.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in fracturing QA/QC.
• Frac Fluid QA/QC
• Well Control Certification at Combined Supervisory Level from course accredited by ICWF, IADC, or ERCB.
