الوصف الوظيفي

• Support HSE initiatives; ensure compliance and conformance to BP, Local and Industry standards and practices. Participate in safety reviews to proactively develop quality data driven plans to prevent incidents.
• Candidate will work with multi discipline BP Teams to deliver and optimize integrated activity plans including short and long-term stimulation, testing & well interventions schedules in Primavera.
• Ensure all GWO well intervention activities are captured & embedded in GOO integrated execution plans in Primavera (8Q, 12 weeks & 2 weeks execution plans).
• Work closely with GOO, ResDev and Base Management to both identify and implement activity nesting opportunities for well interventions activities.
• Promote multi-disciplinary integration primarily focused to safely deliver the business objective plans, in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible.
• Apply primavera processes that are consistent with BP Activity planning guides.
• Update progress of activities in Primavera on weekly basis.
• Lead the weekly GWO well interventions planning meetings & reflect the agreed updates in Primavera.

المهارات المطلوبة

• Minimum B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent and well developed HSE, Drilling, Wells and commercial understanding.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in wells activity planning & scheduling, well Interventions, and multi-functions interface management. Very good knowledge of Primavera planning software (P6).
• Experience with large volume well stock (300+), including: developing fit for purpose Well Interventions Plans.
• Experience in project planning / scheduling and / or project controls gained on a variety of different projects.
• Very Good Knowledge of both automated and manual project planning and scheduling techniques and programs, including Primavera P6
• Experience with information systems for planning and scheduling of operations or projects.
