الوصف الوظيفي

&bull' Coordinate all emergency/crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise. &bull' Manage and coordinate Security &' Crisis Management operations ensuring that procedures are implemented and followed as per the Corporate Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). &bull' Designated as Port Facility Security Officer. &bull' Security and Emergency Management System compliance monitoring. &bull' Conduct Security &' Crisis Management inductions and Access Control Briefings for all new staff and contractors working at the MGP. &bull' Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of all Security &' Emergency response incidents at asset sites and track Action Points to closure. &bull' Security training, induction and briefings &bull' Data physical security. &bull' Security systems administrator. &bull' ROP and local emergency services liaison. &bull' The management and supervision of guarding services. &bull' Maintain and control all security systems, CCTV, Access Control, IDS..etc &bull' Incident/Emergency coordinator. &bull' Coordinate &' liaise Investigations of all security incidents as required. &bull' Coordinate and follow up the approvals of the photographic requests. &bull' Ensure that the Visitors Procedure is being implemented and maintained. &bull' Supporting the Corporate Security &' Crisis Management in ensuring site level conformance of OOCEP systems and compliance with Omani laws and regulations. &bull' Control of access through RO &bull' P-SSS manned guards at vehicle and pedestrian access points. &bull' Processing and issuing of employees, contractors and visitors passes. &bull' Coordinate the function of the ICC and provide advice to the IMT. &bull' Incident investigation and reporting. &bull' Liaison with ROP station at the operating area. &bull' Provide short term surge capability to enhance security in the event of an increased. Threat level or specific incident(s). &bull' Stand-by / on-call duties. &bull' Any other related tasks.

المهارات المطلوبة

&bull' High Diploma. &bull' Relevant professional qualifications. &bull' General experience in security and emergency response and maritime security for minimum of 5 years. &bull' Skilled in applying risk management techniques. &bull' Skilled in incident investigation and analysis. &bull' A self-starter with a strong delivery oriented attitude. &bull' Good communication, reporting, IT and presentation skills. &bull' Experience in encouraging personnel into security awareness and understanding of security and emergency procedures, practices and requirements. &bull' Preferable ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) qualified.
