ROLE PURPOSE:

Planning, scheduling, coordination & monitoring activities for routine planning and shutdown maintenance works at Orpic designed area (MAF, SR/SRIP/LPIC/PP/ Pipeline — Terminals Raysut / Shared Services — Workshop, NP, SD, Analyzer, F&G, Comm.) under Team Leader - Maintenance Routine Planning (MAF, SR/SRIP/LPIC/PP/ Pipeline — Terminals Raysut / Shared Services — Workshop, NP, SD, Analyzer, F&G, Comm.) Services' scope; by assisting in business planning, & performance management tasks such as data gathering for studies, analysis of PM plans in SAP, CMMS (SAP) system & follow- up, assisting in preparation of reports and feedback with regards to maintenance performance (maintenance backlog reports), compliance monitoring to implemented work processes (KPl's, internal/ external audits recommendations); in order to ensure maximum availability of plant by optimization of cost & resources.

Senior Planner - Maintenance Routine (MAF, SR/SRIP/LPIC/PP/ Pipeline — Terminals Raysut / Shared Services — Workshop, NP, SD, Analyzer, F&G, Comm.) position at Maintenance function, will act in accordance with Orpics' values & strategies, policies, guidelines, technology platform, HSE standards, Omani's government & other legal justification's, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives and Ethics standards.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Deliverables

Receive, review and analyse all maintenance work request order in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Conduct site visits & discuss with concerned work originators to estimate the exact scope of works for the planned maintenance activities.

Attends the regular planning & operation scheduling meetings and provide schedule reports.

Determines resources requirements (manpower, equipment, tools, and lifting equipment) and works sequences for maintenance jobs, and create request for any additional required resources.

Schedule work orders for regular corrective, preventive & predictive planned maintenance and finalize maintenance priorities as per scope of work.

Prepares 14 days rolling plan and one weekly look-ahead schedule.

Update planned maintenance activities in the system (SAP) and verification of all resources for maintenance jobs. Review maintenance backlog I schedule compliance and provide solutions to catch up delays.

Assist in coordinating routine maintenance requirements & major shutdowns activities including preparation of detailed specifications for contracting.

Verification of issued material against all the planned and ensures material reconciliation after maintenance close out. Intimate for creation of new stock entries and follow up material requisitions with respective departments for all type of maintenance.

Review of job plans in SAP & participate in improvements based on the actuals.

Track and follow up all pending material and service till receiving Track and keep records for temporary repair.

Issue WO variance form to waiver ail overdue PM according to ORPIC procedure.

Timely and quality implementation for master data change and according ORPIC procedure.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUAL'S:

Knowledge Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications for this position is Technical Diploma in Engineering or similar.

Total experience of 8 years in maintenance planning, experienced as field technician/ supervisory is preferred & 4 years of relevant experience as a Senior Planner Maintenance Routine Planning Services Role (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical or Refinery Plant experience preferred). Knowledge of

Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Expertise in SAP- PM Module and experienced in Maximo is an advantage.

Primavera P6 / MS Project

Good experience in planning, scheduling of routine maintenance & shutdown related jobs.

Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in engineering field materials specifications and international standards.

Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE plans,

Familiar with techniques for ensuring data integrity with various integration of information/ reports

Skills:

Proficiency in M/S Office

Ability to plan major shutdown projects

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment. Data analysis and report writing skills

Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance

Able to build relationships with staff and contractors with a focus on collaboration. Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously
