الوصف الوظيفي

• To guide, motivate and provide reservoir engineering coaching and mentoring support to young reservoir engineers.
• Maintain and update reservoir-engineering database, in conjunction with Surveillance team, inclusive of daily production data, core and fluid analysis, pressure surveys / PBUs for use in subsurface evaluation studies.
• Construct and run of reservoir simulation models for both history matching and forecasting purposes.
• Conduct analytical and empirical reservoir studies for producing and pre-development reservoirs.
• Conduct/update Field Development Planning studies to optimise field development.
• Evaluate enhanced oil production opportunities and diagnostics/mitigation of abnormal well behaviors.
• Make production forecasts for planning exercises and economic evaluations in support of reserve booking.
• Provide support to Operations, Projects and Drilling Departments
• Work close with Geophysical & Geological team on input data for studies and provide support to exploration program.
• Work with WRM team to maximize recovery from recovery mechanism and provide input reservoir management strategy.
• Maintain lifecycle hydrocarbon maturation strategy and plan for future development that include identification and maturation of CR opportunities, Reserves estimation and reporting (ARPR).
• Provide input to annual program build; update/ propose projects for your respective fields.

المهارات المطلوبة

• BS degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in reservoir engineering with an oil and gas operator.
• Highly skilled reservoir Engineer with experience in Clastic and fractured Carbonate reservoirs.
• Have at least 5 years recent position with field studies or Development Planning team.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute as a team player.
• Fluency in written and spoken use of the English language is required
