- Implement HSE policy principals and influence a safety culture together with ensuring operational risks, including major hazards, are identified and managed. - Ensure effective implementation of OOCEP HSE plans and strategies requirements through a live HSE Improvement Control Plan and monitor its effectiveness. - Implementation of Process Safety Management. - Supervise Drilling, Well Services, Operations &'Contraction and facilities HSE. - Influence OOCEP's strategy for achieving HSE excellence. - Ensure food safety and hygiene is well maintained. - Ensure systems are in place on site for identifying and assessing hazards, effects and threats and ensure mitigation, control and recovery measures are put in place. - Ensure contractors compliance with Omani OHS legal requirements in regard to Occupational Health (OH) issues. - Ensure contractors activities health risk assessment to allow for adequate implementation of controls. - Acting as Incident Management Team leader in the absence of Field Operations Manager, manage onsite emergency response situations as per company ERP. - Ensure adequate safe system of work &' PTW is well implemented. - Ensure the implementation of OOCEP lifesaving rules requirements. - Ensure the implementation of company Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) system cascading through all levels of the project (including contractors and principal subcontractors). - Ensure contractors/subcontractors HSE management is in place to perform the work safely through effective HSE risked-based plans and HSE interface-bridging documents' and monitor their effectiveness. - Implementation of OPAL HSE standards. - Carryout food safety and hygiene audits and inspections. - Leading incident investigations to RCA (TapRoot) level and adopt learning outcomes identified through incidents root cause investigation and analysis. - Carryout HSE audits and inspections. - Establish best practice, set on site HSE targets and ensure continuous HSE performance improvement for ABB development project. - Monitor contractors' environmental effects and assess environmental performance at all stages of project activities. - Effective implementation of ABB HSSE induction programs. - Work towards continuous improvement of our environmental performance. - Carry out emergency evacuations exercises to test recovery plans. - Ensure submission of contractor's monthly HSE statistics to corporate HSE team. - Track all HSE related actions into Action Tracking and report progress during Block 60 HSE Committee Monthly Meeting. - Facilitate implementation of HSE best practices and award program. - Advise on HSE performances and identify opportunities for improvement. - Provide onsite HSE direction, education, training and supervision to ensure that all employees understand the required behaviors and the consequences of non-compliance. - Manage and support HSE team to deliver HSE programs and expectations. - Stand-by/on-call duties when required' and - Supporting the Corporate Security &' Crisis Manager in ensuring site level conformance of OOCEP systems and compliance with Omani laws and regulations. - Ensure Security and Emergency Management System compliance monitoring - Ensure Site Local authority liaison for all access control requests as well as with ROP and local emergency services liaison - Review and approve contractor's method statements, procedures and documentations. - Lead by example and support company goals and targets on occupational health, safety, security and environment. - Responsible and accountable to enforce and comply with Company HSE &' Security Policies, procedures and provision of adequate resources. - Ensure public, staff and contractors safety by maintaining the functionality of HSE Management System and asset integrity of the company facilities. - Any other related tasks that you are requested to perform.
المهارات المطلوبة
- Minimum bachelor&rsquo's degree in HSE, Engineering or equivalent - Lead Auditor IMS. - Certified HACCP/Food Safety Level 3. - Member of HSE professional institution. - NEBOSH IGC - Minimum 10 years' experience as a HSE Supervisor in the field of Oil &' Gas - Experience of oil and gas industry HSE, drilling and well services, production operations and facilities construction. - Skilled in applying risk management techniques. - Possess sound leadership and management skills. - Good presentation skills. - Skilled in audit management and in incidents investigation and analysis - Experience in conducting the activities necessary to meet the principal accountabilities. - A self-starter with a strong delivery oriented attitude. Good communication, reporting and presentation skills
