الوصف الوظيفي
- Demonstration of appropriate safety behaviors and commitment to environmental policies and targets. - Liaise with the project team and sub-contractors during the detailed design and commissioning phase of all process plant. - Develop strategies to improve the utilization of assets in terms of service delivery and financial benefits. - Review and approve the engineering design and documents, specifications, drawings, data sheets, etc. - To provide recommendations to EPC contractors and assist in the development of process models and assist the EPC contractors to simulate the process facilities and pipelines using field data. - Provide detailed engineering input during field scope definition, including interpretation and challenge of standards. - Prepare and co-ordinate Process Engineering deliverables including Scope of Work, Data Sheets, Flow Diagrams and Technical Reports. - Deliver Emergency Response and Crisis management duties as required. - Provide process optimization support. - Ensure work is controlled and managed safely. - Identify hazards, review and plan work, prioritize activities - Employee is responsible for the general &ldquo'safety&rdquo' including self, working areas and anybody who can be affected by his acts or missions. - Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work -Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. - Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs. - Stand-by / on-call duties when required' and - Any other related tasks that you are asked to do.
المهارات المطلوبة
- BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 4 years&rsquo' experience in an Engineering role in the Oil &' Gas industry. - Expertise in all aspects of Process design for fabrication, installation, commissioning and start up. - A strong interest and focus on the major production processes key to the efficient treatment of hydrocarbons, knowledge and understanding of Production Operations management systems. - Commissioning and Start-up knowledge for a hydrocarbon processing facility. - Experience in conceptual, front end and detailed design required. - Promote good team skills and effective communication. - A strong interest and focus on the major production processes key to the efficient treatment of hydrocarbons and knowledge and understanding of safety systems and methods to control and manage a safe system of work.
