&bull' Closely monitor the quality of export oil and gas. &bull' Support in the implementation of process treatment chemicals for gas, oil and water. &bull' Support in deploying mechanisms to implement and monitor the Process Chemistry business plans within Asset teams in order to minimize delays and keep to program schedule. &bull' Participate in the qualification/validation campaign for new chemicals tender according to OOCEP chemical management policies. &bull'Participate in continuous improvement of the quality of new delivered chemicals. &bull'Evaluate the water quality monitoring parameters for water injection and disposal purpose. &bull'Support in monitoring oil dehydration and treatment activities to meet the export specification. &bull'Carry out calculations for various chemicals dosages. &bull'Support in troubleshooting of oil treatment process for chemical injection optimization purpose. &bull'Participate in issuing chemical monthly report. &bull'Support to the existing assets and projects from Feasibility &' Concept, Design, commissioning and Operate Phase- covering most aspects of Production Chemistry, e.g. Flow Assurance evaluation and mitigation, gas treating chemistries and water treatment including steam &' boiler scopes. &bull'Support in providing technical solution and solutions in souring (including study, mitigation/control), gas treating, water treatment including steam &' boiler scopes. &bull'Implement all HSE aspects of treatment chemicals and adhering to OOCEP chemical management policies. &bull'Make regular field visits to discuss work programs with chemical supplier&rsquo's technical support staff and Operations. &bull'Work with lab chemist to revalidate the expired chemical. &bull'Work with lab chemist to optimize the number of routinely lab analyses. &bull'Support in improving internal resources by utilising in-house capabilities. &bull'Work with chemical supplier in providing Technical advice on treatment method to safeguard equipment from corrosion in liaison with the corrosion group. &bull'Perform as Company Representative in managing chemical /Service contracts for his assigned field. Optimize contract performance and give a feedback to CH on areas of improvement that have commercial implications. &bull'Provide assistance/troubleshooting to Operations department during process upsets. &bull'Contribute to OOCEP oil &' Gas production recovery target. &bull'Support in providing Technical advice on the use of hydrate preventers. &bull'Support in establishing the most cost-effective methods in chemical optimization. &bull'Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work &bull'Actively participate in, contribute to, and promote company occupational health, safety, security and environment culture. &bull'Participates in Lean Activities. &bull'Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs
المهارات المطلوبة
&bull'Fresh Graduate with Minimum BSc Degree in Chemical/process Engineering, Science in Chemistry, applied Chemistry or equivalent qualification. &bull'Good computational skills such Microsoft office, Excel. &bull'Basic know how of Process Engineering Principles and Equipment. &bull'Strong motivation and focus to work in Oil Gas industry &bull'The successful candidate needs to be Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with a broad cross section of personnel in operations. A good team player.
